Our digital photographic technology provides those attending with our ability to: 

1. Photograph those attending Prom
2. Let the attendees instantly preview the pictures for approval
3. Retake the photo if deemed necessary or requested
4. Take home with them a professional photograph or package of photos depending on size of the event.  Photos may need to be distributed within 5-10 working days for extremely large events.

 PHOTOS CAN BE PROCESSED WITHIN 1 MINUTE

No more having to deal with waiting for orders to be delivered, or the hassle of distributing proof sheets.  Guests take home their photo packages the very same night.  (In the case of extremely large schools, we may have to deliver a few orders to the school the next school week)  If they do not like the picture, retakes are done the same night.  (Retakes for a Prom are not very easily done since it is a one-time occasion).  We want the guests to be completely satisfied when they leave the Prom.  We don’t process any orders until the guests tell us they approve of the photo for printing.  If they don’t bring money to the Prom, we can still take a photo and put it on our website purchasing after the event.  We can password protect the link on our website, using something only those attending would easily know, such as the name of the venue.  Students and families can always contact us to receive the password should the need arise.

 We know many schools create their own photo background for Prom, so if you intend on doing this, please let us know your plans so we can be best prepared.  If you would like for us to provide the photo backdrop to accommodate your theme, we can do this as well.  We can also incorporate a Prom graphic border to be used with any photo.  These would be completely optional and could be applied to photos with no additional charge.   Typically, about 25% of students select the border/frame look.  We are willing to take couples, individual, or group photos throughout the event.  We are there for the guests.

$2 per sales transaction would be contributed to the school or a scholarship fund once we complete 200 unique sales transactions.  When you repeatedly send out information to parents and students about the opportunity to have prom photos taken at the prom, the number of transactions will go up.  Students need to know to bring money.  We will help you with the information to send out.
