Our digital photographic technology provides those attending an event with our ability to:

  1. Photograph those attending the event, either posed or candidly
  2. Photograph custom portraits or utilize greenscreen technology
  3. Let event guests preview the photos instantly
  4. Apply a customized graphic border commemorating the event
  5. Process photos so guests may TAKE HOME with them a professional photograph or package of photos in different standard sizes

PHOTOS CAN BE PROCESSED WITHIN 1 MINUTE

Greenscreen Photography- Want to be in a realistic photographic setting?  Tired of traditional, fake looking, painted backdrops or the basic group table photos?  Imagine yourself on the Moon, riding a surfboard, or even being chased by aliens.  Whatever your event theme is, we can enhance it.  Our unique greenscreen technology will allow photography to become one of the more entertaining aspects during your event.

Portrait Photography- We utilize tethered camera photography, meaning, our camera is connected to a computer for immediate viewing and quality assurance after each photo is taken.  If a photo needs to be retaken, due to closed eyes or odd facial expressions, we do not need to track down the photo subject and interrupt their valuable time.  Speed and efficiency are very important.  The guests aren’t at the event to spend all their time with the photographer.  The guests need to spend time with others and enjoy the event.

BUSINESS EVENT PACKAGES

PACKAGE  #1   $2500

Includes up to 5 hours of photography service

(Add $200 per hour for services required exceeding 5 hours)

1 Event Photographer for Event
1-2 Assistants
2-3 Computer stations for viewing and processing
Up to 250 5x7 Printed onsite event photos for guests
Add $10 per 5x7  Additional photos printed after 1st 250
Add $200 For extra photographer for event candids -4/hrs then $50/hr after 1st 4 hours (includes CD)
Add $400 Per each additional photo portrait set location

(Same except) Up to 150 onsite guest prints

$300/hr Photographer (includes CD of photo files if purchasing candid photos only)
$200 CD of all portrait photo files
$10 Each 5x7 photo sheet print
$20 Each 8x10 photo sheet print
$750 Candids and coverage only to create 1 hard cover Photo Book (up to 100 photos and 24 pages) – 2 hours of coverage then add $300 each additional hour
$200 1st Photo Book added to any package 1-4
$150 Additional book copies
$100 Trip charge per each 100 miles if over 100 miles from our office to event location

Packages #1,2,3,4A,5 include graphics for 1-3 greenscreen and portraits border requests
